Meet the Team

Graduating from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas’ highly ranked Nursing program in 2011, Ashley Juste holds patient centered care at the top of her values. As a new nurse, Ashley went on to work at one of the largest hospital in Las Vegas and has acquired invaluable experience in orthopedics, neurology, cardiology and trauma. While working, she chose to advance her education and received her Master’s Degree as a Family Nurse Practitioner from the University of South Alabama in 2016. A Los Angeles native living in Las Vegas since 2007, her diverse Guatemalan and Haitian background gives Ashley the tools she needs to best treat a diverse patient population. She is fluent in Spanish and enjoys sports, travel, and music in her leisure time. Ashley holds certification ins Family Practice, HIV in Primary care, Advanced Aesthetics, PRP therapy and the National Registry of Medical Examiners. She has practiced in various settings such has acute care, urgent care, crisis response and family medicine. As a provider she is driven by the philosophy that everyone deserves quality healthcare and this is the motivator for her in every patient encounter.

Kathia received her dialysis technician certification from the College of Southern Nevada in 2019. She went on to work for several dialysis clinics across the Las Vegas valley. Shortly after she became a medical insurance specialist for one of the biggest insurance carriers in the nation. She also brings to the practice her unique approach with social media and content creation. Kathia’s favorite movie is The Theory of Everything and considers her self a foodie. She has a passion for compassionate and quality healthcare. Kathia is also fluent in Spanish.
